New polling suggests huge support for a People’s Vote on the final Brexit deal, ahead of Saturday’s March for a People’s Vote in London.
The polling conducted by Survation shows 48% in favour of a People’s Vote on the final Brexit deal, versus just 25% opposed.
Commenting, Chuka Umunna MP, leading supporter of the People’s Vote campaign, said:
“This new polling shows just how much momentum is building behind the campaign for a People's Vote on the final Brexit deal. People are sick of the mess being made of Brexit by Ministers and they want to have their say.
“This Saturday will see tens of thousands from all over the UK marching for a People's Vote in London and support is growing across the country.
“With the negotiations in chaos, with the Government making a total mess of Brexit and with Parliament paralysed, now is the time for people to take back control of the process. This Saturday Britons from all walks of life will march on Parliament and demand a People's Vote on the final Brexit deal.”
