Terms & Conditions

By submitting your entry to the march competition using the #PeoplesVoteMarch you consent to the People’s Vote campaign and its affiliated organisations to use your competition entry to promote the People’s Vote Campaign, hereunder the People’s Vote March and general People’s Vote campaign activity, on social media and website.

Entrants and prize winners further agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless People’s Vote Campaign and all affiliated organisations from and against any and all claims, damages or liabilities due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting or arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize of participation in the People’s Vote March competition.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all participants in your video have consented to be part of your entry and make them aware of the competition terms and conditions. If you are picked as the competition winner, but the People’s Vote Campaign are informed that participants in your video did not consent to be part of your entry, we reserve the right to not award you the prize.

Staff at People’s Vote will pick two entries out of all the submissions, and the competition winner will be decided by a social media poll through the People’s Vote Campaign’s social media channels. People’s Vote’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Competition closes on Monday 18th June 2018. Staff at People’s Vote will contact the competition winner. If the winner does not confirm we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
